Sometimes it’s difficult to know how to start. We think we have to figure everything out all at once, which seems overwhelming. I’m here to help you take that first step toward your goals.

Accountability

With someone to be accountable to, you can stop making excuses and start taking action. I will challenge you to move beyond confusion to sound decisions.

How it Works

Sessions

Coaching sessions take place over the phone or via Zoom.

Setup

You call me, or we meet over Zoom, at a prearranged time.

Duration

Sessions are per hour and cost $135 each.
